Our location
This piece of property sits on 1 acre but on the backside is an additional 6 acres that you can explore during your stay. You are surrounded by trees which creates privacy, but the convenience to a Starbucks and shopping a mile away. You’ll feel like you have been transported back in time and have peace and quiet and it’s amazing home.
You will have this amazing historic home that was built in 1881. You’re also only 2 miles from the nearest target and a movie theater in Northpark. You are only minutes away from downtown Evansville including the Tropicana Casino, Ford Center and the Children’s Museum of Evansville! You’re only one hour away from Holiday World — if you’d like to visit this top rated amusement park during your stay.
Guest Access
There’s a driveway with parking but also additional parking where a barn used to be on the property. You will also be able to access the home though sled checkin with a locked key box.
Getting Around
There are taxi’s, Lyft and Uber is available in Evansville. If you are planning to stay we do recommend if flying in to rent a car.
